Download telugu font from here
After rooting You will see a SuperUser application along with your system applications after the reboot. Open it and see if it is working.
Thats it you have rooted your phone.
2.<<<<<< INSTALL INDIAN FONTS >>>>>
1.Download the font you want any pc font of your language can be used (.ttf format )
2.Go to android market from your phone and serch and install "font changer"
after installing font changer open it
It will show that BUSY BOX IS NOT INSTALLED IN YOUR PHONE DO YOU WANT TO DOWNLOAD IT FROM MARKET"
PRESS OK
AND INSTALL IT (while installing it may say that busy box is already installed in your phone and some .... dont mind it )
3.Now open font changer and go to options->settings->fonts location and give your font location if it in download folder of sd card give it as /sdcard/downlods or bluetooth
4. Now you can see your font in font changer press on it and apply
it will ask to reboot press ok

*.Now u can read all websites which is in your language from your default browser.
